名录、门牌、保护批次等法定信息摘编自上海市人民政府及房屋管理部门公开发布的文件。官方文本、调整与解释权仍归发布机关。本站示意图、手绘步行线图与部分外立面配图仅为对照方位，不是测绘、档案原件或竣工图。

二、用户行为

您应合法、善意地使用本站，并遵守下列要求：

• 不得利用本站从事违法、侵权、欺诈或危害网络安全的活动；

1. What the site offers

The site introduces Shanghai’s outstanding historic buildings, landmarks, districts, walking routes and related reading, with pictures and notes. It is for personal study, looking and culture — not a promise of a tour, an investment view, a title deed or legal advice.

Names, street numbers and protection batches are taken from public files of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and the housing authority. Official wording and later amendments stay with those offices. Sketch maps, hand-drawn walk maps and some façades are for orientation only; they are not surveys, archive originals or as-built drawings.

2. Your conduct

Use the site lawfully and in good faith:

• do not use it for unlawful, infringing or harmful acts, or to endanger the network;
• do not attack, scan, scrape at volume, mirror the whole site or disrupt access;
• do not remove, hide or falsify the ICP number, copyright, disclaimer or source marks in the footer;
• do not present site pages as official instruments, surveys or certificates of title;
• when you quote text or pictures, keep the sense; do not twist them for commercial misleading.

We may limit or pause unusual traffic, and may remove material that breaks these terms, without individual notice.

3. Account

Reading does not require an account. Posting, liking, editing or deleting your own pictures does. You keep the username and password. Loss from sharing or leaking the password or recovery phrase is yours.

A one-time recovery phrase is shown at registration. Copy it then. The site cannot show the original phrase again. After a reset, keep the new password.

Do not register in another person’s name, mass-register to disrupt the service, or use the account for unlawful or infringing files. We may freeze or close an account that clearly breaks these terms, and remove its posts.

A like or view is counted once per account. Manage your pictures under “Me”. After a post or account is removed, it leaves the public pages; logs may be kept briefly for operations.

4. Intellectual property

Unless the law says otherwise or a page marks a different owner, the layout, wording, structure, the line “Back to where love began”, the name Qiufeng Wutong, the hand-drawn walk maps, plates and the compilation as a whole belong to the operator. Domain: www.ramendeus.cn.

The official lists and conservation rules remain with the offices that published them. This site excerpts them for introduction and culture and claims no copyright in the lists themselves.

As to pictures and contributions:

1. Pictures on this site. Photographs, drawings and arranged images made by the site, or used here under an arrangement we accept, are the site’s to administer on these pages. Do not copy them for commercial reproduction, packaging, advertising or a full-site mirror without leave. For personal study, research, reporting or non-commercial reuse, contact us first, or credit clearly: “Image from Qiufeng Wutong, www.ramendeus.cn”. A social-media screenshot of a page that keeps the source visible is treated as ordinary display; naming the site is still preferred.
2. Notice of outside infringement. If a picture here touches someone else’s photograph, portrait, mark or other lawful right, the right holder or anyone who knows should tell us promptly, with proof of right where possible, a link to the original, and the page on this site. Once confirmed, we will delete, replace or correct the file and update the credit if needed.
3. Uploads by registered users and contributors. Registered users, and visitors who send door-plate pictures, comments or other files, may upload text, documents and images. Copyright in what they upload stays with the author. By uploading, the author states that they have the right to offer the work, and grants the site a non-exclusive licence to show, store and reformat it on the site for that purpose. The site does not take the author’s copyright. An author may ask us to withdraw a display. Unlawful, infringing or clearly off-subject submissions may be refused or removed. A contribution is not an endorsement of its facts.

Write to the operator via www.ramendeus.cn with a name or organisation, a way to reply, the page in question and what you ask. We will answer in a reasonable time.

5. Change and pause

Entries, layout, pictures, these terms or availability may change without individual notice. Continued visits after an update mean you have seen the new text. Material changes will carry a date on this page.

6. Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, the site is not liable for indirect loss from using or not using the pages, outbound links, user submissions or a later change of picture. Content on other sites, including the friend link “Wujian Fengya” (2video.cn), is those sites’ responsibility.

Disputes about the site follow the law of the People’s Republic of China and the courts at the operator’s domicile. These terms are read with the disclaimer, privacy policy and copyright notice. If one clause fails, the rest remain.
